Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. By using the app, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Kreativity Apps.

Important Notice – AI-Powered Responses: This app features AI-powered characters that respond to user problems, offering solutions and options based on information you provide (such as your name, age, sex, bio, interests, zodiac, education, occupation, and personality). These AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional or reliable advice. You acknowledge that any reliance on these responses is at your own risk.

Kreativity Apps is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. In addition, your chat interactions with the AI characters are processed via Vertex AI and analytics data is collected using Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Auth) and other third-party services (including RevenueCat for subscriptions). Although personal data provided for personalization is stored locally on your device, information transmitted for chat processing and analytics is subject to these providers’ privacy practices. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Kreativity Apps will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Kreativity Apps cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Kreativity Apps cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Kreativity Apps cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Kreativity Apps’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Kreativity Apps accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Kreativity Apps does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.

Copyright Policy

By using this application, you agree to comply with the following terms regarding the content you upload, process, or interact with, including web pages, documents, images, and any other type of media.

1. No Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Material

   Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, pasting, or otherwise providing content that is protected by copyright, unless you have explicit permission from the content owner or the material is otherwise permitted by law (e.g., public domain or licensed under a Creative Commons license). This includes but is not limited to:

   • Book pages
   • Articles
   • Web pages
   • Images, videos, or music

2. Fair Use Content

   If you are using content under the principle of fair use (e.g., for commentary, education, or research), you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable copyright laws. This app does not guarantee that all content you upload qualifies for fair use, and you are solely responsible for legal compliance.

3. User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

   You, as the user, are solely responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded or processed through the app does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material found on web pages, books, and other media. The app will not be held liable for any copyright violations or disputes arising from user activity.

4. Takedown Requests and Content Removal

   If we receive a legitimate takedown request from a content owner or become aware of potential copyright infringement, we reserve the right to remove or restrict access to the content in question without prior notice. Users who repeatedly violate these policies may be restricted or banned from using the app.

5. Public Domain and Licensed Content

   You are encouraged to use content that is either in the public domain, explicitly licensed for redistribution, or otherwise legally permissible for use in this app. Always verify that you have the necessary rights to upload or process any content through the app, particularly for copyrighted material from web pages and other sources.

6. Reporting Copyright Violations

   If you believe content on the app violates your copyright, please contact us with detailed information, including proof of ownership and a description of the infringing material. We will address copyright complaints promptly in compliance with applicable laws.

Subscriptions

A subscription is valid for 7, 30, or 90 days, depending on the subscription type selected. Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes/Google account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Additional Subscription Notice: By subscribing, you acknowledge that the subscription payment is processed via the App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or RevenueCat, and that your billing information is handled directly by these platforms in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

Changes to This Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
