Terms & Conditions

By downloading or using the Application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the Application. By using the Application, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the Application, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the Application into other languages, or make derivative versions. The Application itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Kreativity Apps.

Kreativity Apps is committed to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the Application or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

Local and Online Processing: Many signing tools in the Application are designed to process documents and signatures locally on your device. If you create a signature request link, the Application uses an online signing service to upload and process the source PDF, requested fields, recipient details, message, deadline, request status, and signed output so the recipient can open the link and complete the document. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone, access to the Application, and signing links secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which could compromise your device’s security and may cause the Application to stop working properly.

User Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for the documents and content you import into the Application and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to sign, edit, request signatures for, or share them. You agree not to use the Application to violate any law or third-party rights.

Signature Request Links

Signer can generate signing request links so another person can add requested fields to a PDF, including a signature, stamp, date, or custom text. You are responsible for placing the correct fields, entering accurate recipient information, setting an appropriate deadline, and sharing each signing link only with the intended signer.

A signing link may expire, be cancelled, be removed, or stop working if the request is deleted, the service is unavailable, the document exceeds supported limits, or the request violates these Terms. You are responsible for downloading and keeping any signed PDF you need before it is no longer available.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Do not misuse the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent authorization to sign.
• Do not send signing links to unintended recipients or request signatures under false pretenses.

Third-Party Services

The Application may be distributed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and policies.

Service Availability and Your Responsibilities

You should be aware that there are certain things that Kreativity Apps will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app, including signature request links, request status, signed document downloads, subscriptions, analytics, and diagnostics, will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi‑Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Kreativity Apps cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi‑Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi‑Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, Kreativity Apps cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Kreativity Apps cannot accept responsibility.

With respect to Kreativity Apps’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Kreativity Apps accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.

Updates and Termination

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Kreativity Apps does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.

Copyright Policy

You are responsible for ensuring that any documents, images, or other content you import, sign, edit, or share through the Application do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. We do not claim ownership of your documents. If you believe content associated with the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at info@kreativityapps.com.

Subscriptions

A subscription is valid for 1 week or 1 year, depending on the subscription type selected. Payment will be charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes/Google account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Additional Subscription Notice: By subscribing, you acknowledge that the subscription payment is processed via the App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or RevenueCat, and that your billing information is handled directly by these platforms in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

Analytics and Diagnostics

The Service may use third-party tools such as Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) to collect usage and diagnostic information (for example, crash reports and performance data) to help us operate and improve the Service. For details about how we handle information, please review the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Signer is not a legal advice service, identity verification service, notarization service, or document drafting service. Electronic signature acceptance depends on the document type, jurisdiction, recipient, and applicable rules. You are responsible for confirming whether an electronic signature or signing request is appropriate for your use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. These terms are effective as of April 24, 2026.
